In my responses, I mentioned Jews of color, including converts of color, and the fetishizing and exotification and downright objectification of converts in general but also why and how, through personal anecdotes, many of us aren't treated as ordinary Jews on a day to day basis.
We are always talking about how we need people discussing this issue so let's go!
